At JNana Theater (hereinafter: JNana) we are aware of the importance of privacy and ensures that your personal data is protected in accordance with applicable legislation. For this purpose, we have formulated these internal rules and established measures to ensure an adequate level of security in the processing of personal data and the realization of the rights of individuals.

This Policy on the protection of personal data (hereinafter the policy) contains all information on the processing of personal data at JNana, Nana Šumrada Slavnić, s.p., Jamova cesta 10, 1000 Ljubljana (info@jnana.si), which is also the controller of your personal data : what personal data we collect, why we collect it and how we use it. 1. What personal data we process and how we obtain it

1.1. Personal data we receive from you

1.1.1. Personal data that you provide to us by phone, email or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you subscribe to e-notifications on our website or participate in other social media features on our website. The information you provide to us may include your first and last name, address, email address and telephone number and employment if you are a legal representative or contact person of a legal entity.

1.1.2. Personal data we collect from you. When you visit our website, we will automatically collect the following data::

  • Technical information, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser type and version, operating system and platforms.

In case of external colleagues, with whom we cooperate for the needs of uninterrupted business (provision of IT services and maintenance/services of software application equipment, agencies for the optimization of our website, providers of online tickets), we have concluded contracts in accordance with the law and with appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data . External collaborators can only use your personal data for the purposes specified in the contract and in accordance with our instructions.

2.2. We will use the personal data we collect from you:

  • to administer our website and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and research purposes;
  • to improve our website to ensure that its content is presented most effectively for you and your computer;

4. Transfer of personal data to third countries

The personal data we collect from you will be processed and stored within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and, under limited conditions stipulated herein, in the United States. Your data is only transmitted to the USA if you share your data via social networks (more on this in chapter 6 of this policy), if you agree to the installation of cookies for monitoring statistics and marketing (more on this in chapter 1.2. of this policy and the Cookie List) and if you are subscribed to receive e-notifications for which we use the MailChimp online platform, The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. In this case, only your first and last name and email address are transmitted. By submitting your personal data, you consent to this transfer, storage or processing. We will take all necessary measures to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with applicable law and our internal regulations.

The transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information provided on our website; any download is at your own risk. Once we receive your data, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.

 

5. How we protect your personal data

We have legal, technical and organizational procedures and measures in place to ensure the protection of your data, in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation. We oblige our external collaborators who use or process data in whatever way, to carefully protect your data in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation and our internal rules, and we oblige them to do so by concluding the data protection agreement and contract.

 

6. Sharing of personal data via social networks

Our website also integrates social media sharing buttons for Instagram, 181 South Park Street; Suite 2, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Share buttons can be recognized by their individual logo; however, they are adapted in accordance with the protection of personal data.

Only if and when you click on an individual share social network button on our website, a direct connection is established between your browser and the server of the operator of the respective social network. According to the operators of the mentioned social networks, no personal data is obtained from the social networks without clicking on the individual sharing button. This type of data, including the IP address, is obtained and processed only from registered members. If you do not want your visit to our website to be included in your individual social network user account, log out of the individual social network user account.

We would like to point out that we are not informed by such social network operators about the content of the transmitted data and their use by social networks. 7. Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time from receiving our notifications and information and request correction, deletion, restriction of processing, transfer of data or access to personal data by email at privacy@jnana.si or by post at JNana s.p., Jamova cesta 10, 1000 Ljubljana. We also guarantee you all other respect for privacy, as determined by applicable legislation and our internal acts.

You can always appeal against our decision on your request to a supervisory authority.

In case of personal data protection violations, JNana will immediately implement all internal and external procedures and measures (also technical and organizational) to protect the rights of the individual. The supervisory authority and the individual will also be informed of this in the manner and under the conditions of the applicable legislation.
