External collaborators can only use your personal data for the purposes specified in the contract and in accordance with our instructions.

Your data is only transmitted to the USA if you share your data via social networks (more on this in chapter 6 of this policy), if you agree to the installation of cookies for monitoring statistics and marketing (more on this in chapter 1.2. of this policy and the Cookie List) and if you are subscribed to receive e-notifications for which we use the MailChimp online platform, The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. In this case, only your first and last name and email address are transmitted. By submitting your personal data, you consent to this transfer, storage or processing. We will take all necessary measures to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with applicable law and our internal regulations.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information provided on our website; any download is at your own risk. Once we receive your data, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.

We have legal, technical and organizational procedures and measures in place to ensure the protection of your data, in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation. 6. Sharing of personal data via social networks

This type of data, including the IP address, is obtained and processed only from registered members. We would like to point out that we are not informed by such social network operators about the content of the transmitted data and their use by social networks.
